Strawberry Ice Cream


• Sugar 2 cup
• Lemon Juice 2 tbsp
• Vanilla Essence few drops
• Fresh Cream 2-1/4 cup
• Strawberry 600 gm

* Wipe cream with electric beater at lower no. until thicken and foamy.
* In a bowl put strawberries and sugar mix well.
* Put strawberries in Blender or food processor until sugar dissolve and become puree.
* Add lemon juice in strawberry puree mix well.
* Now add puree in wipped cream mix with spoon dont mix completey to give ripple effect.
* Take almunium foil pan and spread selofen polythene sheet pour ice cream mixture into and cover around.
* Cover with flap and put in freezer.
* For Serving: In serving glass put banana, strawberry sauce, chocolate cookies and Chocolate sauce.
* Put ice cream piece in it and serve immedietly.
Note: Dont use tetra pack cream other wise crunch could be form.

Rocky Road Ice Cream Recipe

3 cups
whole milk
3 cups
half-and-half cream
9 ounces
semisweet chocolate, chopped
2-3/4 cups
3/4 teaspoon
6 cups
heavy whipping cream
3 cups
miniature marshmallows
2-1/4 cups
miniature semisweet chocolate chips
1-1/2 cups chopped Diamond of California® Pecans
6 teaspoons
vanilla extract
In a large saucepan, combine milk and half-and-half; heat to 175°. Add chocolate, sugar and salt; stir until chocolate is melted and sugar is dissolved.
Remove from the heat. Cool quickly by placing pan in a bowl of ice water; stir for 2 minutes. Cool completely. Transfer to a large bowl; stir in the remaining ingredients. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Fill cylinder of ice cream freezer two-thirds full; freeze according to the manufacturer’s directions. Refrigerate remaining mixture until ready to freeze. When ice cream is frozen, transfer to a freezer container; freeze for 2-4 hours before serving. Yield: about 4-1/2 quarts.
Nutritional Facts1 serving (1/2 cup) equals 340 calories, 24 g fat (13 g saturated fat), 67 mg cholesterol, 88 mg sodium, 29 g carbohydrate, 1 g fiber, 3 g protein.

Raspberry Swirl Ice Cream

ice cream
1 cup whole milk
2/3 cup sugar
pinch of salt
1 1/2 cups heavy cream
5 egg yolks
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract (I replaced this with a 1/2 of a vanilla bean, beans scraped from the pod)

raspberry swirl
1 1/2 cups raspberries, fresh or frozen
3 Tbls. sugar
1 Tbls. vodka

to make the ice cream:
• warm the milk, sugar and salt in a saucepan. pour the cream (this is when I added my vanilla bean and pod) into a large bowl. set a mesh strainer over the top.
• in a separate bowl whisk the egg yolks. set aside. slowly pour the warm milk into the egg yolks. i add the milk 1/4 of a cup at a time in order to temper the egg yolks. otherwise you may cook the egg yolks and then you would have to start all over again. scrape the warm egg/milk mixture back into the saucepan.
• stir the mixture over medium heat until heated and the custard coats the back of your heatproof spatula.
• take the vanilla bean pod ( if using ) out of the cream and set aside. pour the warm custard through the strainer into the vanilla infused cream. if not using the vanilla bean, add your vanilla extract here.
• cool over an ice bath. when cool, chill thoroughly in the fridge.

to make the raspberry swirl:
• mash the raspberries together with the sugar and the vodka. after mashing, i strained the mixture into a bowl and then re-mashed the fruit. once finely mashed i added the fruit to the liquid. chill in the fridge until ready to use.

• churn the cooled custard in your ice cream maker for about 20-30 minutes. as you remove it from the machine, layer it in your container with spoonfuls of chilled raspberry swirl. do not mix.
• freeze for several hours before serving.

Sundae (ice cream)


1 scoop Quick Vanilla Ice-Cream
1 scoop Strawberry Ice-Cream
1 scoop Coffee Ice-Cream
2 to 3 tbsp Strawberry Sauce
1/2 cup whipped cream
few strawberries, halved
1 tsp almond (badam) slivers
2 chocolate wafer rolls
Assemble the sundae in a tall sundae glass. Place a few strawberries at the bottom of the glass and then top with all whipped cream and the strawberry sauce.
Top with the ice-cream scoops and sprinkle the nuts on the ice-cream.
Serve immediately garnished with chocolate wafer rolls.

6: Kit kat

Basic Vanilla Ice Cream
Milk – 1 litre
Cream – 600 ml
Sugar – 2 ½ cups
Egg yolks – 6
Egg whites – 6
Corn flour – 3 tbsp
Vanilla essence – 1 tbsp
Take pan, add milk, sugar, corn flour, vanilla essence and egg yolks, mix well and cook on very low heat until it becomes custard, but not too thick. Then cool it down completely. Then add whipped cream and stiff egg whites, mix well and put it in the ice cream machine. When it’s ready, then freeze the ice cream in an air tight container.
If you don’t have an ice cream machine, beat it with a beater, instead, and freeze it. When it’s half-frozen, take it out and beat it again. Then freeze it again, and take it out again when it’s half-frozen. Then beat it again, and freeze in an air tight container.
