New Arabian Rice




Ingredients

Rice (Soaked) 2 cup
Star Anise (Badiyan) 1
Clove 3
Black Pepper 3-4
Chicken Stock 2-3 tbsp
Yellow Food Colour 1-2 pinch
Salt to Taste


Cooking Directions

Boil water with star anise, clove and whole black pepper.
When half done, drain from water.
Put half portion of rice in a plate and add pinch of yellow food colour and mix.
In a pan heat 2 tbsp oil, add all boiled rice.
Put salt, 3-4 tbsp stock and cover lid let it steam for 5-8 minutes.
Serve with crispy fried chicken.

Usually for the electic rice cookers it is double the rice quantity shy..so if you are cooking 2 cups of rice water should be 4 cups...especially with pacharisi...

only done rice once, did it as i do all unmalted grain.
boil 4l of water per kg of grain, add to fermenter, add grain, add htl enzyme, stir, leave until temp is right fore second enzyme, leave until temp is right for yeast.
i did it with bakers i believe, was a nice drop indeed
