Preparation & Cooking Time : 15 Minutes

YIELD :5 Rolls

Ingredients:

Bread Slices - 5 no.
Red Chilli Flakes for topping
Garlic - 4 cloves (crushed)
Cheese Slices - 5 no.
Butter for frying the rolls
Finely Chopped Coriander Leaves, for garnish
Salt To Taste
Method:

Trims the bread slice edges. Roll it to thin slices as much as you can.
Place cheese slice (one per bread slice).
Throw in the crushed garlic on top of each slice. Sprinkle some chilli flakes and salt.
Finally dash in the coriander leaves.
Now gently roll from one end and finish up by sealing the edges.(use water)
Slightly brush the rolls on each side with melted butter.
Heat the griddle, spray / grease some butter and place the rolls 2 to 3 at a time. Fry all sides golden with even turn ups.
Serve this tasty crispy bread rolls with tomato sauce.

ASSALAAM O ALAIKUM

Garlic Parmesan Monkey Bread


Ingredients

1/4cup butter or margarine, melted1teaspoon Italian seasoning2cloves garlic, finely chopped2cans (8 oz each) Pillsbury® refrigerated crescent dinner rolls or 2 cans (8 oz each) Pillsbury® Crescent Recipe Creations® refrigerated seamless dough sheet1/2cup freshly shredded Parmesan cheese

Steps

1Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 8- or 9-inch square (2-quart) glass baking dish with cooking spray.2In small bowl, mix melted butter, Italian seasoning and garlic.3Unroll each can of dough into 1 large rectangle. Cut each rectangle into 8 rows by 3 rows, to make 24 pieces per rectangle (48 pieces of dough total). Roll each piece of dough into a ball. Roll dough pieces in butter mixture; arrange in single layer in baking dish.4Bake 25 to 28 minutes or until golden brown. Sprinkle with cheese; bake 3 to 5 minutes longer or until cheese is melted. Let stand 5 minutes. Serve warm.A pizza cutter works great to cut the biscuits into pieces super-fast!Monkey bread is best served freshly baked; however, it can be reheated the next day in a 200°F oven or in the microwave.

Cheesy Bread Recipe


INGREDIENTS
8 oz shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 lb shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 to 1 cup chopped green onion (to taste)
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 Tbsp sour cream (optional)
3-4 cloves garlic, minced
1 stick unsalted butter (1/2 cup, 4 ounces), softened to the point of being slightly melted
1 to 2 loaves of French or Italian bread (I used Ciabatta), depending on the size of the loaves
METHOD
1 In a large bowl, mix together the cheeses and the green onion. Stir in the mayonnaise and sour cream. In a separate small bowl blend the butter and garlic until smooth. Add the butter mixture to the cheese mixture.

2 Preheat broiler. Slice loaf of bread in half horizontally, lay crust side down. Spread cheese mixture over the bread. Place under the broiler until nicely browned, about 3 to 5 minutes.

3 Remove from broiler and let sit for 5 minutes until cool enough to handle. Slice the bread with a bread knife. Serve.

Veg Bread Balls

Ingredients

Bread Slices 8
Potato,boiled & mashed 1 cup
Cabbage,finely chopped 1/4 cup
Spinach,finely chopped 1/4 cup
Carrot,shredded 2-3 tbsp
Capsicum,finely chopped 2-3 tbsp
Peas,boiled & mashed 1/4 cup
small onion ,finely chopped 1
Ginger,finely chopped 1 tsp
Rice Flour 2 -3 tsp
Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
Cumin powder 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil 3-4 tbsp
Method

1. Wash n boil potatoes n green peas together with enough water till soft and cooked, once done drain water, peel skin and mash it completely and keep aside.
2. Wash and chop vegetables and keep ready.
3. Trim the bread slice edges and put in a bowl sprinkle 1-2 tbsp water and mash it well don't add more water.
4. To the same bowl add mashed potato, shredded carrots, finely chopped ginger, cabbage, capsicum, spinach, onion then rice flour, chili powder, cumin powder enough salt and mix everything to a tight dough.
5. Divide them into 15-17 balls and shape them to balls or cylinders or to desired shapes.
6. Now heat oil in a kadai to deep fry, once the oil gets really hot gently drop balls one by one keep rotating the balls now n then to ensure even cooking.
7. After adding balls reduce ur heat to medium.
8. Once the balls turn golden brown and crisp on all side remove from oil and drain it in paper towel.
9. Repeat the same process with remaining balls.
10. Once done serve the hot & yummy bread veggie balls with green chutney and ketchup.
