Exercise is not compulsory to lose weight. In fact, you can easily lose weight by going on a diet rather than doing exercise.
Exercise Is Not Effectual Than Diet People do exercise to burn calories but one cannot lose more than mere 300 calories a day by doing exercise. This is simply too little to lose weight quickly. Instead of that you can lose around 1000 calories a day by simply watching over your eating stuff, dieting is more efficient than exercise.

Low GI Foods with low glycogenic index will also help you to lose weight. These sorts of foods will not only energize you but prevents you from feeling hungry. Therefore make an effort for you to have less refined food.
Go for weigh loss pill whenever you take weigh loos pills it gives you the feeling of fullness. These Pills are specially designed not to miss out your meals but to decrease your appetite. Along with suppressing the appetite; these pills also reduce your lipase enzyme and block the ability of your body to absorb fats.
Its a myth that you get fat because of lack of exercising, the truth is you get fat because you eat unhealthy foodstuff and dont have proper break between two meals.
